4 to 6 servings

Baked Fish Mousse


  1. 1/2 kg of fillet fish without thorns and in cubed
  2. 1/2 cup of brandy
  3. 3 whites egg
  4. 1 tablespoon Manchego cheese or grated gouda
  5. 1 tomato peeled and deveined
  6. 1 pinch of nutmeg
  7. salt and pepper to taste
  8. butter
  9. breadcrumbs.

Blend all ingredients. Pour mixture into a casserole dish buttered and dusted with bread crumbs. Preheat the oven. Bake in a water bath for 40 minutes. Cool and unmold, you can accompany with biscuits and gravy soy.
