Ingredients
- 1/2 kg of fillet fish without thorns and in cubed
- 1/2 cup of brandy
- 3 whites egg
- 1 tablespoon Manchego cheese or grated gouda
- 1 tomato peeled and deveined
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- salt and pepper to taste

- breadcrumbs.
Preparation
Blend all ingredients. Pour mixture into a casserole dish buttered and dusted with bread crumbs. Preheat the oven. Bake in a water bath for 40 minutes. Cool and unmold, you can accompany with biscuits and gravy soy.
