Ingredients
- 1 or 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 ripe banana
- ½ cup raspberries
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- ½ cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons blueberries.
Preparation
- Thoroughly wash fruits.
- Beat them in the blender.
- Add yogurt and juice and mix well.
- Now add honey and mix until a smooth dough.
- Serve in a glass and decorate with fruit.
Presentation Tips
- Blueberries can be replaced with strawberries.
- If you like sweeter add a little extra honey (also can be replaced with sugar or sweetener).
- If you put the fruit in the freezer the day before you get a creamy dough.
