Lent Burgers

4 to 8 parts

Ingredients:

  1. 8 hamburger buns
  2. 1 kg surimi sticks
  3. 2 eggs
  4. 2 cups bread crumbs
  5. Salt and pepper
  6. 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  7. Lettuce, tomato and onion rings
  8. Mayonnaise ketchup sauce and mustard to taste
  9. Oil for frying
  10. 8 slices manchego or yellow cheese.

Preparation:
Surimi Grind in a food processor, add an egg, salt and pepper, mayonnaise and 4 tablespoons of bread crumbs, knead it and make the burgers, then pass them in beaten egg and bread crumbs, fry in hot oil and drained the grease with a absorbent paper.

Put them inside the bread, seasoned with mayonnaise ketchup and mustard, served with lettuce, onion and tomato.
