Goat cheese and caramel crepes

Ingredients (1 serving)

For the crepes

  • 250 gm flour
  • 170 ml milk
  • 1 egg
  • 50 gm butter

For the filling

  • 150 gm Goat cheese
  • 30 gm pistachios
  • 30 gm nutty
  • 15 gm almonds
  • 150 ml Karo caramel.

Preparation

For the crepes

  1. Blend all ingredients except butter.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan and spread butter. Once it is hot pour of 30 to 35 ml. mix, to form a very thin layer.
  3. Let it start to take off and turn it over.
  4. Continue the procedure with the remaining dough.

For the filling

  1. Toast the walnuts and stir in the cheese.
  2. Once ready remaining crepes, put half the cheese with walnuts and fold into a triangle.
  3. Serves 3 pancakes drenched in caramel.
