Easy recipe for beef samosas

Ingredients Required:

  • 500g ground beef;
  • 7 pastry sheet;
  • 3 garlic cloves;
  • 1 onion;
  • beef samosas

  • 1 teaspoon cumin;
  • 1 teaspoon mint;
  • 3 sprigs cilantro;
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric;
  • 1 teaspoon pepper;
  • 1 teaspoon curry;
  • 1 egg yolk;
  • oil for frying;
  • olive oil;
  • salt;
  • pepper.


  • Chop the garlic and onion. Fry in 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  • Add the ground beef, after 5-7 minutes of cooking. Crumble it with the spatula and mix well. Season.
  • Add the mint, sprigs cilantro, turmeric, pepper, curry and cumin and mix again. Cook over medium heat for 8 minutes, then set aside.
  • To assemble the samosas, cut a sheet of pastry into 3 equal strips, removing each end. Place a good teaspoon of filling in the bottom of a strip and fold the sheet first to the diagonal and then straight, etc…
  • Close brushing the end with egg yolk and bake your samosas 2cm in very hot oil. Let them brown on each side.
