Ingredients Required:
- 500g ground beef;
- 7 pastry sheet;
- 3 garlic cloves;
- 1 onion;
- 1 teaspoon cumin;
- 1 teaspoon mint;
- 3 sprigs cilantro;
- 1 tablespoon turmeric;
- 1 teaspoon pepper;
- 1 teaspoon curry;
- 1 egg yolk;
- oil for frying;
- olive oil;
- salt;
- pepper.
Preparation:
- Chop the garlic and onion. Fry in 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
- Add the ground beef, after 5-7 minutes of cooking. Crumble it with the spatula and mix well. Season.
- Add the mint, sprigs cilantro, turmeric, pepper, curry and cumin and mix again. Cook over medium heat for 8 minutes, then set aside.
- To assemble the samosas, cut a sheet of pastry into 3 equal strips, removing each end. Place a good teaspoon of filling in the bottom of a strip and fold the sheet first to the diagonal and then straight, etc…
- Close brushing the end with egg yolk and bake your samosas 2cm in very hot oil. Let them brown on each side.
