Strawberry cupcakes, enjoy them without guilt!

It is quick and easy that you can prepare this dessert, ideal if you’re meeting at home or to pamper for your family, write down the ingredients:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 packs of 150 gm Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. bicarbonate
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • Cup stock.

Preparation:

  1. Mix white flour with integral, oats, baking soda, baking powder and salt
  2. Beat oil with sugar, while adding the eggs, one by one and incorporate the vanilla
  3. Add dry ingredients, adding milk
  4. Pour this mixture into the cup stock, up to two thirds (because you must leave space, when puffy cupcakes)
  5. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes
  6. Let them cool so you can decorate them and you’ll have ready a rich dessert that will yield up to 12 cupcakes.
