Mango Ceviche

mango ceviche


  • 170 grams mango, peeled and medium diced
  • ½ red onion, finely chopped
  • ½ small sweet pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro, finely chopped
  • 4 acidic lemons
  • Salt and pepper for taste.


  1. On a large round bowl mix mango, onion, sweet pepper, cilantro and the juice of 4 lemons, so that the lemon juice covers the other ingredients. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Allow to settle for 30 minutes.
  3. Serve in glasses.
