Ingredients
- 170 grams mango, peeled and medium diced
- ½ red onion, finely chopped
- ½ small sweet pepper, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, finely chopped
- 4 acidic lemons
- Salt and pepper for taste.
Preparation
- On a large round bowl mix mango, onion, sweet pepper, cilantro and the juice of 4 lemons, so that the lemon juice covers the other ingredients. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Allow to settle for 30 minutes.
- Serve in glasses.
