Without leaving your home and in just 10 minutes you can have the following recipe:
- Assorted lettuce
- Olive oil
- Vinegar of Modena
- Fine salt
- Bittersweet paprika
- Maldon salt.
- Start by sauteing the mushrooms with a little onion and garlic. When ready add the Octopus.
- Fry everything and put it on the plate with mixed lettuce.
- To dress the salad, make a vinaigrette with olive oil, vinegar of Modena and salt.
