It is quick and easy that you can prepare this dessert, ideal if you’re meeting at home or to pamper for your family, write down the ingredients:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup flour
- 1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 2 packs of 150 gm Philadelphia cream cheese
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. bicarbonate
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Cup stock.
Preparation:
- Mix white flour with integral, oats, baking soda, baking powder and salt
- Beat oil with sugar, while adding the eggs, one by one and incorporate the vanilla
- Add dry ingredients, adding milk
- Pour this mixture into the cup stock, up to two thirds (because you must leave space, when puffy cupcakes)
- Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes
- Let them cool so you can decorate them and you’ll have ready a rich dessert that will yield up to 12 cupcakes.
