Rich and healthy chicken mango salad that will leave you licking fingers with its great taste. Change the dressing for a little olive oil and vinegar to make it even healthier.
- 1 mango, filleting
- ½ romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 3 stalks celery, shredded
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons cream
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper.
- Arrange mango, lettuce, chicken strips, onions and celery in a bowl.
- In a bowl combine the mayonnaise, cream, salt and pepper.
- Serve the salad with the dressing.
