Arrange the whole strawberries, including stem, in the clean sink with 1 part of white vinegar by 10 parts cold water. For example, if you use 2 cups of vinegar, you will have to use 20 cups of water. Allow to soak them for 5 minutes.
Carefully turn strawberries in a centrifuge of salads until they remain dry almost completely. It accommodates the clean and dry strawberries on a cocktail napkin in a bowl. Keep them without covering in the fridge.
The vinegar cleans, disinfects and kills mold spores, keeping fresh strawberries for much longer. Cold water creates a clash with strawberries, helping them stay crunchy. This will give them duration of approximately one week, which will remain fresh, clean and free of rust.
