Chicken is a meat that can be cooked in various ways. If you’re a diet you don’t have because giving up its great taste.
The chicken breast is a very resorted in the diets; from here we propose adding a twist by preparing a light cranberry sauce.
Ingredients:
- 1 chicken breast fillet
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 onion
- Mustard
- Ketchup
- Vinegar
- Vegetable spray
- Salt
- Pepper.
Preparation:
- Chop the onion and add to saucepan with boiling vegetable spray.
- Add the cranberries and saute for a while.
- Also added vinegar vinegar, ketchup and mustard (on your supermarket can find light versions of all of them). Allow it to simmer.
- Fry the chicken breast on both sides until golden.
- When both are ready add the sauce to the breast for complete cooking together.
- Let stand a while and remove from pan.
This dish can be added to a menu, accompanying a pudding of carrots or a jumbled light of zucchini.
