Mango salad with chicken

Rich and healthy chicken mango salad that will leave you licking fingers with its great taste. Change the dressing for a little olive oil and vinegar to make it even healthier.

  • 1 mango, filleting
  • ½ romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 3 stalks celery, shredded
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons cream
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper.


  1. Arrange mango, lettuce, chicken strips, onions and celery in a bowl.
  2. In a bowl combine the mayonnaise, cream, salt and pepper.
  3. Serve the salad with the dressing.
