Strudel with coffee cream

Strudel is a traditional sweet made from different layers of puff pastry baked and interspersed with custard or whipped cream, mainly. Today we prepare a ‘fast’ version, providing extra flavor to the filling of cream with a teaspoon of instant coffee.

Why do we say that it is a faster version? Simply because we went to the supermarket and bought puff pastry. So the only thing you have devoted time to filling and frosting of coffee that we have decorated with chocolate. Try it!   • 1½ cups nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons agave nectar
  • ½ cup walnut halves
  • 4 blocks (different colors), in small cubes
  • 3 halves of peaches in syrup, in small cubes
  • 2 slices of pineapple in syrup, in small cubes
  • ½ cup raisins
  • 3 tablespoons mint leaves, washed and disinfected.

  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • Cup stock.

  • 4 cups of cod, desalted and crumbled
  • A pinch of black pepper and paprika
  • 1 cup cambray potato, bleached
  • ¼ cup pitted green olives, halved

  • 3 tablespoons parsley, washed disinfected and chopped.

Few things are richer than fresh strawberries. The problem is that it spoil very fast, doesn’t it? Check these tips so that it last longer!

So that your strawberries and, in general, all the fresh mulberries that you buy should last much more than normal follow this simple tip that we have for you.
